New patient? We’re here for you every step of the way.
-
We recommend scheduling your child’s first dental visit by their first birthday, or within six months of their first tooth coming in. Early visits help us monitor healthy development, prevent cavities, and make dental care a positive experience from the very beginning.
-
From the moment you walk in, our goal is to help your child feel comfortable and excited to be here. Our lobby features interactive digital games designed to engage kids and make waiting time fun. You may also be greeted by our sweet, small, snuggly office dog, Remy, who loves kids and would be happy to sit on your child’s lap during the exam if they’d like.
-
Each treatment chair has a TV mounted above so your child can watch their favorite show or movie during their visit. This helps keep them relaxed, distracted, and happy — turning dental visits into something they can actually look forward to.
-
The dentist will gently examine your child’s teeth, gums, and oral development to ensure everything is growing as expected. For younger children, exams are often done with a parent holding their child to help them feel safe and secure.
-
Depending on your child’s age and comfort level, we may perform a gentle cleaning and apply fluoride to help protect their teeth and prevent cavities.
-
We’ll take time to talk with parents about:
Brushing and daily home care
Nutrition and cavity prevention
Teething, pacifiers, and thumb-sucking habits
What to expect as your child grows
When to schedule future visits
-
Every child is different in their own way so we look forward to getting to know your child and what makes them most comfortable. Whether your child is excited, shy, or unsure, our goal is to create a positive, stress-free experience that builds trust and sets the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles.
